Joe Biden (uggghhh ....)

Many of us already know the story on old Joe, but if you don't, read here. A man voting for Joe Biden is like a minority vote for David Duke.

Update: Here's another article worth looking at on the same problem.

Biden's a lunatic. And with his history of putting his foot in his mouth, it's only a matter of time before Obama regrets picking him, if he doesn't already.

I think Biden and Sarah Palin should have a duel like in days of yore. She could kill him just by looking at him. Then she could have him stuffed and put in her office along with the grizzly bear rug and the giant crab.

I'll never vote for McCain, but I am a bit smitten with the Governess of Alaska. She's like a male fantasy come to life.

"This week Mr. Parker is in Denver, talking up his fellow Democratic delegates..."

Well there's half of your problem right there. He's a Democrat, at a Democrat convention. He's whistling Dixie if hey thinks he'll get a fair shake in that venue.

"...grew up with absolute impunity in our household." "

I wish Biden could grasp the irony in these words. He's replicated his boyhood home for the rest of us schmucks.

"She's like a male fantasy come to life."

For some women, too. You should see Rachel Lucas gush about her.

because I have not had my lines open to Amir's blog lately, what is the general opinion of McCain's pick for VP?

Well I can't speak for anyone else, but Palin is tactically a good pick for those who don't look too far past the symbolism. McCain had a serious problem with social cons. Palin helps get the less discerning of them on board. Likewise with women; I'm convinced that the Palin pick gets a chunk of them on board too since all they seem to care about is that their candidate has a vulva.

As for me, I realize that the VP is window dressing, nothing more, and while I admire her allegedly pro-life stance and her position on firearms ownership, I doubt she'll have a huge influence on policy.

So, no, I don't plan on voting for McCain because he chose her.

Palin is hot!

McCain is underwhelming.
